Erika is a professional fitness and gym instructor as well as a yoga teacher. She has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga for over 10 years and specialises in outdoor yoga (beach, jungle, sea). According to Erika, the stand up paddle board allows good strength, balance training as well as stretching and that is what SUP Yoga is all about! Only 6 people get to join this session. SUP Fitness is more effective for body toning. We will be using fitness bands to get a proper workout for squads, push-ups, core and bum! What kind of Paddle-Boards do you get?
Your Stand-Up Paddle board will be provided by Isabelle from SUP School Singapore. Her school is the first in Asia to become ASI accredited and her boards are in excellent condition. Isabelle is a certified Life Saver and will make sure that you have a safe SUP experience.
Only 6 participants get to join each session, slots are given out on first come-first serve basis, so make sure you secure your ticket today!
You do need to come 30 minutes before your session starts to get your board ready on the water, sign the indemnity form and lock your belongings. We will start on time. Whoever comes late, will loose their slot. Please be on time!

Terms and Conditions

DAMAGE OR LOSS (Venue/Equipment) Participants shall be responsible for any loss or damage to any property of the venue/equipment arising from the event. The cost of replacement or repair will invoiced to be rendered at the end of the event or at any time thereafter.

DAMAGE OR LOSS (Participant) Participants shall be responsible for all property (whether belonging to the Participant or any other persons attending the scheduled event) placed, deposited, brought into or left in any part of the venue/meeting point's premises. Neither SUP School nor 22 Experience Pte Ltd shall be responsible for any safekeeping or custody of any Guests’ property. Under no circumstances will SUP School or 22 Experience Pte Ltd make good or accept responsibility or liability in this respect.

GROUP SIZE The event has a maximum limited number per group. 22 Experience Pte Ltd and SUP School reserve the right to reject any bookings at any time and especially after the event is fully booked.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS All participants need to arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled SUP yoga or fitness session to receive their safety briefing. In case of late arrival, the participant might loose their slot and cannot be refunded. Please be on time!

PAYMENTS & WEATHER No refunds. In case of light rain, we will continue the SUP yoga/fitness session. During Thunderstorm and lightning/storm, the sessions will be delayed or cancelled. In case of cancellation due to heavy downpour, the session will be re-scheduled.
